b) the truth or accuracy of Content, information, and Services such as readings and interpretations and advice provided by Readers.

c) the truth or accuracy of feedback, Ratings, or other Content posted by Users or Channeling.com employees across all the Website.

d) the ability of Readers to provide Services such as readings and interpretations and advice as well as the ability of Customers to pay for the Service.

e) minimum levels of Connections to Readers.

f) incorrect use by You of the Service.

g)any additional rates and costs charged by Your service provider when using the Services.

This privacy policy sets out how we comply with European Union data protection requirements. This applies to use of all services and the sites.

Wherever possible, we use actual portrait shots of our readers although for some we may need to use stock shots.

Credit card bookings

You must be over 18 and the bill payer to use this service or have the bill payer’s permission. We want you to feel comfortable and happy with your Reader. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your Channeling.com. credit card reading within the first 5 minutes, please tell the Reader that you are not connecting, end the call and email the office back on sales@channeling.com. We will give you a FULL refund on your credit card or credit your pin number so that you can have a full reading with another Reader. Your statutory rights are not affected.

Additional per-minute charges will apply if you choose to extend the call beyond the duration of the package you have purchased.

If your call runs over the pre-paid time, we will charge your credit card for the extra time approximately 15 minutes after the call is finished. If this payment charge is not successful, we will retry the charge every 24 hours. We will charge for the extra time at £1.98 per minute for UK callers and $2.50 per minute for US and AUS callers.

Live readings

You must be over 18 and the bill payer to use this service or have the bill payer’s permission. Live Readings are charged at £1.53 per minute at all times from BT land lines. If you are unhappy with your reading on the 0905 line, please hang up and try another Reader. A good Reader who is connecting with you should connect within three minutes and give you specific information which shows they are making a psychic connection with you.

Overflow readers

The full list of my preferred Readers appears under ‘Find A Reader’. Whilst I handpick all my own psychics, on occasions I may use an overflow service of top psychics which I approve and vet. These psychics are of the same quality as Channeling.com Psychics/Readers and I monitor and handpick these in a similar way to my own.

Text service

This text service generally covers Great Britain and Northern Ireland, but coverage within those areas may vary according to mobile network provision.

Please be aware that a number of UK and international companies also use the ‘78887’ number. Outside of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, your use of the 78887 number will direct your text to another company. If you have a reading with anyone who has left the team, or a Reader gives you their personal number you are not under theChanneling.com guarantee if you book that Reader directly. Although all of the above Readers are self-employed and have other private clients, or are sub contracted elsewhere, our guarantee only extends to those reading booked through Channeling.com. This is to ensure Channeling.com high ethical standards are adhered to at all times and is for your protection. We firmly believe in your power to transform your life and will not under any circumstances encourage you to become dependent on this service or any Reader.

Shop

Information related to any product sold through the shop is intended to be an opinion only and should not be substituted for the advice of a suitably qualified professional.
