Put simply, enter your phone number (in an international format – this is important), enter your Booking Reference Number / Active Pin which is the Credit that you have with us into the book called  (Select a Booking Reference), Select the reader you’d like to speak to (or have a randomly selected reader), and we will call you back on your phone. That’s it!

Please make sure you have entered your full international phone number, or else this fantastic new service will not work. Here’s some handy tips:

Entering Your International Dialing Code

• If you are in the UK, enter +44, then enter your number without the leading zero.
• If you are in the USA, enter +1, then enter your number.
• If you are in Australia, enter +61, then enter your number.
